Abdus Salam School of Mathematical Sciences offers full time MPhil and PhD programs in Mathematics. The School aspires to be a center of excellence in mathematical sciences carrying out cutting edge research which pushes the frontiers of knowledge.

Admission Requirements for the MPhil Program

Applicants having an M.Sc Mathematics degree or a four year B.S Mathematics degree are eligible to apply. Applicants waiting for the result of their final exam or those in the final semester of the M.SC or the four years B.S program can also apply. Admission to the program will be based upon past academic performance, admission test and interview conducted by the School. The School will require exclusive time commitment from its students. Financial assistance will be provided to the students, subject to the availability of funds.

MPhil Admission Test
